Carboxytherapy
One of the most popular and exciting treatment in Europe and America today..... It offers amazing possibilities for hair restoration and skin conditions that were historically challenging to treat.
DIOX is the latest generation in carbon dioxide therapy utilising patent technology offering intelligent interface for the micro-injection of CO2, administered either subcutaneous or intradermal.
Carboxytherapy originated in Royat, France in 1932 with the treatment of patients afflicted by peripheral arterial occlusive disease. In America and Europe, carbon dioxide therapy has been applied to the treatment of stretch marks, cellulite, and hypertrophic scars with impressive results. It is a safe, minimally invasive and clinically proven method to rejuvenate, restore and regenerate the skin and improve hair loss.
The DIOX carboxytherapy system kick-starts the body’s own healing processes and increases oxygen supply to tissue. This results in new cell growth and improved circulation. Some skin conditions respond quickly to carboxytherapy, several treatments may be required.
Carboxytherapy is a very safe and effective treatment.
Carboxytherapy is known as a 'green' treatment due to it's regenerative properties with an excellent safety profile. It is an innovative treatment used for a wide range of conditions, including:
-
Hair loss
-
Acne
-
Hyperpigmentation
-
Dark circles/POH
-
Skin laxity
-
Fine lines and wrinkles
-
Post-surgical oedemas
-
Cellulite
-
Stretch marks
-
Scars
-
Vaginal rejuvenation
-
Erectile dysfunction
-
Circulatory issues
-
Adipose tissue reduction
The DIOX system allows administration of sterile CO2 with automatic control of the flow rate, injection time and total dose. You can manage from 50cc to 500cc per session and zone via the automated digital system.

Hair loss treatment
Carboxytherapy for hair loss, significant emergence of regrowing hair and increasing hair density is a unique procedure which targets the bulb and bulge to enhance and increase oxygenation and nutrients.
Carboxytherapy involves the injection of medical grade CO2 under the scalp skin to stimulate increased blood flow and hair growth. Carboxytherapy only uses CO2 so can be considered a very natural and safe treatment with zero downtime.
Furthermore, it can be used either as a stand-alone treatment, or in conjunction with other adjunctive therapies such as iPRF, micro-needling, high frequency, laser and microinfusion.

Skin rejuvenation treatment
Worldwide, Carboxytherapy (Carbon Dioxide Therapy) is rapidly becoming known as the leading skin rejuvenation treatment. It is a safe and minimally invasive. It is a clinically proven method to rejuvenate, restore, and recondition the skin.
Carboxytherapy is used to treat fine lines and wrinkles, dark circles under the eyes, loose skin (due to ageing or post pregnancy) cellulite, resistant fat, stretch marks, scars and hair loss.
Stretchmarks (striae distensae) occur when the skin is stretched to the point where the dermal collagen ruptures. Carboxytherapy causes the formation of new collagen and subsequently thickens the skin to improve the appearance of the stretchmarks by rebuilding the collagen matrix. Dramatic results are achieved when used in combination with Skin needing.
When injected via a specific technique, carbon dioxide gas is directly toxic to fat cells. Once introduced into the fatty deposits, the CO² changes to Carbonic acid which dissolves the fat cell and releases fat. The fat cells literally burst and are eliminated by the body. Increased lymphatic drainage to the area improves the metabolism and excretion of the released fat in problem areas.
Eye Rejuvination
Carboxytherapy is particularly effective in the treatment of dark circles and used to brighten and firm the under-eye contours.
Dark circles form much stronger on people with thin skin, congesting the blood vessels and causing a poor blood circulation in the area. Due to this bad blood supply, the skin shows a dark spot which is caused by blood containing no oxygen.
Carboxytherapy acts by relieving the area beneath the eyes, helping the air to flow easily, stimulating the blood circulation and causing it to normalise.
Return on Investment
It's important to consider the return on investment with any training or device purchase.
Carboxytherapy can grow your business significantly, allowing you to treat multiple skin and hair conditions. The treatment cost is less than £10.00 per treatment.
How does it work?
Carboxytherapy employs micro injections to infuse gaseous carbon dioxide, a naturally occurring gas in the body, into the subcutaneous or dermal tissue .
The body interprets this as an oxygen deficit and responds by increasing the blood flow, this provides a surge of oxygen and nutrients to the treated area and triggers a cell restoration response in the tissue. This stimulates fat cell and scar tissue breakdown.
With its effects on vascular endothelial growth factors (VEGF), it stimulates neoangiogenesis and fibroblast synthesis, consequently leading to better wound healing and collagen production.
